Ancient Greek Drama week in Bilkent University Theatre Department!

Last week, the Department of Performing Arts organized its “Ancient Drama Week” and hosted students from the Tabriz Cinema and Theater School of Iran, along with Professor Mirali Fotouhi and Vahid Mohammadi.

Throughout the week, the Iranian theatre students joined second-year Bilkent Performing Arts students in attending the master workshop “Ritual to Drama” with our dear teacher, theatre director Ayşe Emel Mesci.

The students also are on a trip to visit ancient sites in and around Ephesus, including Priene and the Temple of Apollo at Didyma.

Bilkent Üniversitesi Tiyatro Bölümü’nde Antik Yunan Tiyatrosu Haftası!

Bilkent Üniversitesi Tiyatro Bölümü geçen hafta, İran Tebriz Sinema ve Tiyatro Okulu’ndan Profesör Mirali Fotouhi ve Vahid Mohammadi eşliğinde tiyatro öğrencilerini ağırladığı “Antik Yunan Tiyatrosu Haftası” programını gerçekleştirdi.

Hafta boyunca yapılan atölyeye İranlı tiyatro öğrencileri ve Bilkent Tiyatro 2. sınıf öğrencileri katıldı. Ayşe Emel Mesci hocamız tüm öğrencilerle “Antik Yunan Ritüeli” atölyesini gerçekleştirdi.

Program kapsamında Priene ve Didim’deki Apollon Tapınağı da dahil olmak üzere Efes ve çevresine bir gezi gerçekleşiyor.
