Ancient Greek Drama week in Bilkent Theatre Department!
This week we are happy to be hosting 5 graduate students from Texas Tech University School of Theatre and Dance who have traveled to Turkey with Prof. Mallory Maria Prucha, a costume designing professor at TTU to join us in masterclasses, and a trip to Our second year students, along with TTU students are attending two master workshops throughout the week: ancient ritual theatre by Ayşe Emel Mesci, and ancient mask work by Arkadiusz Klucznik.
We will continue our program with an exciting trip to ancient sites in the Aegean Region this weekend, and learn and experience Ancient Greek Drama from different perspectives.
Bilkent Tiyatro Bölümü’nde Antik Yunan Tiyatrosu haftası. Texas Tech University School of Theatre Dance’ten kostüm tasarımı hocası Mallory Maria Prucha ile birlikte seyahat eden 5 TTU yüksek lisans ve doktora öğrencisini ağırlıyoruz. Program kapsamında hafta boyunca Ayşe Emel Mesci, Antik Yunan Ritüeli ve Arkadiusz Klucznik, Maske atölyeleri gerçekleştiriyor. İkinci sınıflarımız için düzenlediğimiz atölyelere TTU öğrencileri de katılıyor. Hafta boyunca devam eden atölye programı, İzmir, Pyriene ve Efes antik kentlerine düzenlediğimiz gezi ile sürecek.
